Apple Motion Technique: Exporting template to FCPX

Every editor has his/her software of choice. Some would choose Final Cut Pro X as theirs.

But when you have spotted and purchased an Element which comes only as an Apple Motion template, how do you go about importing it into FCPX to edit?
